Needed spare parts quickly after our marquee was very badly damaged in a storm. Enquiry was dealt with very quickly by the Gala team and the parts were with me the next day. Great service, an example to all business.

Have used Gala for years and very happy with the build and quality. This is a very big gazebo, while, one reasonably fit person can move it around, in its storage bag, it is BIG and really requires at least 4 people to set it up without damaging the structure. 8mx4m .

Needed replacement gazebo roof and sides, but wasn't sure of spec. Sales team could tell just from my photo of one frame leg. Excellent service, arrived next day.

Great product great customer service

We ordered a 4m x 10m tent for a large party in November! we were right to be concerned about the weather but this marquee held up to snow / ice, torrential rain and heavy winds, it was ideal and lots of our guest now want to borrow it! Efficient delivery and arrived on time, and was an easy erection. We struggled purchasing on line and the service guys were very efficient and completed this process with ease. Would recommend!
