I feel that the walls for your shades have walls that make the inside of the shade feels a little like a prison cell. Why not have bigger arched windows like your marquees/tents; after all those shades must also be used for social events...parties etc....

Quality of the products was very good and is easy to put together. However Gala Tents don't change you with free delivery it isn't free they just charge for packing and handling instead!

My only complaint is that when I ordered a gazebo last Saturday with 'next day delivery' I would expect it on Tuesday. It has only just arrived on Thursday. Courier problem!!!!

Table is of a good size and the quality is fair, however the table top itself stains very easily and is hard to clean.Chairs are cheap and nasty the plastic rips very easily and the plastic protectors fall off all the tip.

Service could have been much better,Felt I was taking too long questions not really answered

this was a 3mx3m tent.I was happy with the overall construction and it survived all season without any problems and was secured well. i was less happy with the longevity of the fabric-though I understand it has been superseded for a better one. I am trying that now.

First set didn't work but Gala very quickly replaced them

Much more expensive that the budget version and no better quality, velcro ripped off in the wind click system MUCH better than wing nuts

The Pro 50, is a Good sturdy product I have used it twice a week for over a year, and found it to be very well made, its only let down by the Velcro like material which you adhere the side sheets, I would like to think this has been replaced by a much improved product before I purchase an additional marquee, other than that a 1st class product and service

Hi there - great product 4m x 8m Gala Tent. It went together as described and the online videos were a great help when there were momentary hesitations.But it would have made our lives much easier if the fixing bolts had been supplied, rather than me having to rush off and buy some. We had hoped that we would be sent some, but no luck yet.Good product - slightly let down by sub-contract manufacturers.
