Had great service by the team at Gala. Answered emails and queries almost instantly. The goods were paid for at 3pm then arrived the next day. The tents are really substantial for the price and are really please with the quality. Would happily reccomend Gala to anyone!

We love our 5 year old Gazebo. When dismantling it on a windy day a gust lifted it away and it suffered a broken leg. One call and a replacement was delivered to us at a very reasonable cost. We love our Gazebo again.

Had compared a few gazebo suppliers before finally following a recommendation and selecting Gala.The website was good to navigate around and ordering on the phone was very quick and efficient. Delivery was very quick and all arrived the next day.Used for the first time last weekend and extremely happy with the quality, ease of setting up and taking down. Happy to recommend Gala !

It’s not an event without a Gala tent! Actually it’s the best kind of Gazebo strong and resilient to all kinds of weather. We are a Cohousing Community and it saved our sanity in Lockdown as a place to meet socially distanced in our 3m x 4.5m safe space. The canopy survived being up for 2 years moving round our external courtyards to house; bands, children's parties, wakes and Friday meals. It was an adult that did it, used a broom to shift the heavy snow from the canopy. It ripped beyond repair. Within a few hours of ordering we had a replacement. Thanks Gala for excellent customer service and a great product.

I have just purchased and erected a Gala Tenet - Elite with ground frame and 650gm covers. I have previously dealt with a competitor for my own large marquee and for several others for a large charity. These previous ones have been great after 10-15 years so no complaints there. However, the spec of this Gala Tent Elite and speaking with Tom and another advisor, persuaded me that this would be the Best Buy. Everything seems to point to that being so in terms of quality of product and ease of handling. Delivery was amazing. Next day! Well done, Gala.
