Good service from Gala - from start to finish. The product (our 6x3 Marquee) is pretty well as it says on the tin . Its solid, good, durable quality materials and it's not difficult to work out how to erect it with plain enough instructions. It will get quicker and easier to put it together once you have done it a couple of times.

Superb product at a very good price. My gazebo arrived quickly and has been excellent so far. A huge leap in quality, strength and performance compared to cheap Gazebos from the usual places, which will break or fail in adverse weather.

Marquee is made out of Robust pvc textile. Happy with the purchase. Customer service is great and straight forward.

I've been trading for years and have tried various gazebo sides. Gala Tent are by far my favourites. They are very strong and stand up to extreme weather. The door panel is also very wide which opens up the whole of my gazebo.

The customer service and product range is very good and in the past when I have needed spare parts they have been available.However one of my latest purchases has been disappointing in that there is no option to buy a replacement for the material cover on my pro gazebo sun shadeThis is a pity because the metal frame is perfect but the cover fabric is looking shabby and will certainly not last long.I hope that you will be able to address this issue in the future and earn that extra star.

We can really recommend this gazebo. It ticks all the boxes; easy to assemble, sturdy, waterproof in Cumbrian rain and it also looks good. Top marks!

Only used gazebo once this past Sunday and we are delighted with it as it rained and the wind blew but it stood up brilliantly. Purchased cheaper gazebos in the past but they were rubbish compared to the quality of gala tents. We were recommended to use Gala and would happily recommend to others. Service and delivery fantastic.
