Great product-weights for my gazebo and speedy delivery. My only quibble is that when I ordered I got a fault page meaning I didn’t know whether the order had gone through even though payment had been taken. 2 phone messages and an email were not responded to so communication not great.

Bought this spare part for my gala shade 40 as last one had seized up. Does the job, easy to fit and now gazebo back to easy peasy assembly. Thanks to all the great folks at gala tent

The quality of the gazebo is excellent, but it's a pity that the metal weights were not available when I placed my order. The sandbags have caused a few challenges! And the weight of the gazebo is a challenge sometimes, but I'm making more firends as I ask for help to put it up. You're right it's not easy to put up on your own, a point which you should be clearer about in your litereature and online information.

The products themselves were fine but due to issues with the courier, the service left a bit to be desired. I ordered on a Tuesday and was impressed to get next day delivery. XPD text on the Wednesday morning to say they were delivering that day but when they did, they unfortunately failed to deliver one of the packages. In fairness to them, the paperwork the driver gave me to sign said 4 packages, which is what I received. However, I'd ordered 5 items so I just thought the remaining one was going to arrive another time so it wasn't until later that I contacted Gala Tent to find out when, using the chat function on my mobile but this was a bit glitchy - in the chat, Gala Tent said they'd get in touch with the courier and get back to me but I didn't hear anything. Maybe that was due to the glitchy chat? The following day (Thursday) XPD text to say they were delivering it but it didn't arrive so having allowed the full day for it to arrive, by the time I tried to contact Gala Tent they had closed for the day so I requested a call back. Friday morning XPD text to say they'd be delivering.... The Gala Tent customer service lady (sorry I didn't make note of her name) rang me at 11:30 that morning. I said I needed the items in the package for the following day and she said she'd contact XPD and get back to me but again, I had no reply. XPD finally delivered it on the Monday, with no text prior! It won't stop me ordering from Gala Tent again, but if in the future I order multiple items, I'll be sure to make the courier double check that they really have delivered all the items before they go to their next delivery.

The gazebo is amazing the delivery was quick and when they said it would be. The only thing I would say is after explaining what I wanted it for and with the black out of stock I was told the red of would be ok, this turned out not to be and ruined my weeken ld and cost me another £100 to get a black one when I’m stock. There was no apology or an effort to maybe help swap this was upsetting after overall having a good service.

The items that I purchased (4 sets of cast iron weights) cannot be faulted and are extremely worthwhile even though they are slightly on the expensive side. (They have just increased by £10.00 per pair so I assume Covid/Brexit taking a bite!).The review would get 5 stars but oh dear..the salesman/customer service are woefully inadequate in following through on their commitment of keeping the customer informed and managing their expectations. This order arrived 2 weeks later than promised and I had to ring them once to check where my order was.The main order of a gazebo, sides, ground bars bars and weights took 3 months having paid fully on Day 1!! Not once was I contacted to say that there was a delay: I chased/rang SIX times for this.That being said once the gazebo arrived I was very pleased with it as I had bought it to replace a GalaTent Gazebo purchased 10 years previously which finally gave up the ghost with Storm Bella over Christmas 2020.Perhaps an internal management course for Managing Customer Expectations should be run.

Very happy with prompt delivery. Managed to erect it on my own once I realised that it was easier to attach the corners after final extension of the frame which is otherwise very stiff. Maybe this will become easier with time as perhaps the canopy will stretch a bit. Anyway very happy with this solidly built product.

Very nice little chairs, very good value, perfectly do the job they are intended to do. Delivery was prompt once I got in touch with gala tent to query why, having placed and paid for the order 2 weeks ago , I had neither received an order confirmation, nor the chairs. The oversight was rectified very promptly.

The canopy itself is fine - I have not yet used the sides. Once the intial problem over delivery was sorted, everything seemed to go ok after that.

This is a replacement canopy. The first one ripped the first year, but I did leave it out in strong winds. I used it a second year, by using extra strong tape, but it was too perished to use a third year. I have just put the new canopy up, and I’ll make sure it’s packed away by September. The frame is sturdy enough. We have secured it to our wall and patio, to keep it secure.

Bought a Shade Pro DX gazebo this March and it's been up for about a month. We were impressed with the strength and quality of the product. Factors that persuaded us to use Gala was the availability of spare parts and good customer service. Now the bad news - one of the spring loaded locking pins on a leg slider disappeared when we partially took down the gazebo to move it slightly. The leg now can't be locked into position. Used the contact us option on website but no response yet (3 days later). Searched website for DX spare parts - can't find any. DX has octagonal frame, so other types won't fit. Tried to chase up online. Find I cannot register my warranty as now more than 30 days from purchase, even though in mid-May I was still getting emails inviting me to review the product. Can't get through to a human. Feeling frustrated. At least the gazebo is up, albeit slightly lop-sided. Hoping to get some sort of response soon.

Good product. I had a slightly weird experience of delivery. Having paid for one day delivery which I didn't have a choice about. I then got a phone call 2 days later telling me the product was now in stock and yet it wasn't sent on to me till I rang back and requested that it was and getting through washy perfectly easy. I understand they believed they had told me it was out of stock so I am happy to accept it was an admin error.

Gala tents are great however the website lets them down with lack of information and even their customer service team seem unsure about product details. Also part of my order sat in the couriers depot damaged and I never got it for the date and event I ordered it for. Ordered Monday for next day delivery and only half arrived Thursday. Replacement didn't arrive until Saturday afternoon by which time wedding was in full swing. Great product let down by lack of detail on website and delivery
