Absolutely Fantastic,After reading a few reviews I'll admit I was a bit hesitant, but as time was of the essence I figured I’d give them a ring first to confirm delivery would be in time (needed it within 4 days).From the word GO I don’t think they could have been more helpful and I believe honest, I asked about the robustness between the Compact and PRO 40, both in essence the same just one packs away smaller or so I thought, I was advised as this was going to be used outside as a trade stall I would be far better getting the PRO40 as it is made to withstand being outside in the elements, ie, the wind, far better, there was no difference in cost so I believe they had nothing to gain just good impartial advice to impart. Assured 99.9% of items delivered next day without issues, and I fully agree once the courier has the package its kinda outta their hands.So, ordered the full kit, side walls incl (by the way, pack of 4 walls includes x1 window wall with cover and 1x roll-up door that’s virtually full width).As stated, did arrive the following afternoon, and in various packages, once opened I must say, Very Very impressed indeed. This stuff is proper quality heavyweight stuff, hoping putting up will be just as pleasant experience. Come the market day, my word this thing goes up easy, and this was in the middle of a very very windy/blustery open field, yes the panels were a little awkward because of the wind but once on, perfect, very stable indeed throughout the day, no leaks, and definitely kept the worst of the wind out too, pulling down and packing away IN THE DARK was just as easy, following morning gave the whole kit a wipe down as the edges did get quite muddy, that’s when your notice just how well this thing is made, didn’t know had pre-stitched holders for side bars, defo be ordering a set of them, and it all folded away and back into its storage bag with ease.Before anyone asks, I HAVE NO AFFILIATION WITH GALA, my wife has her own crafting business and I will be using this in the future for outside jobs most likely in summer to keep the heat off me.Would recommend to anyone for sure.

Well we are over the moon with our 3x3 gazebo. Wanted a permanent home for our hot tub in winter. I've bolted 2 legs to wall so no movement, the other legs into sleepers.Bought the sides only used 3 but might buy another roll up side. Its that warm inside gazebo we can keep patio door open all the time and totally waterproof.Thank you for speed of service and a excellent product, its so well made.

Was very impressed with my purchase of the pro40 gazebo , easy to put up and very solid in construction the day that I used it was very windy and poured with rain we had the heaters fitted and we were very comfortable. Customer service was very helpful when I contacted them as 1 item hadn’t been delivered and sent the part out next day I would thoughley recommend them .

Arrived very quickly. Replacement part for tent frame that blew over in the gales. Very good that you can get bits separately.

Great product ,100% recommendation

Storm damage to my Gala Tent threatened to affect Christmas at our house, with family coming from Florida USA as with the roof of our tent totally destroyed we were not to be able to have drinks etc outside. Contacted Gala Tent Ltd and they sent, immediately, a new roof for our tent thus saving the day with our drinks! I thank the sales team for their attention to detail and dedication to customer service. The product, as usual, is super quality! I shal be recommending Gala Tent to my friends and neighbours.
