We have had nothing but satisfaction since we bought our first marquee 18 years ago. Since the. We have purchased another marquee for community use and a gazebo for the garden. They have all been excellent. as has the service we have received when needing replacement parts. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

The pole storage bags are perfect and have tidied up our store wonderfully. They make it so much easier to manage the tents.

we purchased a new roof canopy for out tent which didn't originally come from Gala, but the new roof arrived promptly and fitted perfectly although it has now been put away for the winter.

What can I say, my second Gala marquee ordered for a special birthday event. The marquee arrived next day with all parts present and correct. My first marquee lasted for 20 years, so I am looking at many parties with this one. It is so nice to deal with a British company that really does excel at everything from their manufacturing all the way through to delivery and aftercare. I can’t rate them highly enough.

Bought full tent cover as replacement for old (chewed by mice!). New one is much improved, more features, very strong and fits perfectly. Customer care was excellent too.
