I had to replace 2 bent legs on my Gala tent Gazebo due to excessive hgh winds when I left it erect in my garden. The sales team where very informative and from ordering I had my parts within 2 days.excellent quality parts at a good price and very good service.

Speed in ordering replacement was very quick I was just disappointed the front panel ripped when the gazebo is only 6-8 months old

I purchased a Pro 50 Gazebo in March and was pleased with support when ordering the Gazebo was delivered on time and in good condition. The gazebo is of very strong construction although quite heavy and when erected is very robust.I left the Gazebo up for a period during the hot weather and was disappointed to see that the canopy colour had faded quite dramatically, I claimed on my warranty and was told that due to adverse weather the claim would not be accepted, however after discussion with customer services it was agreed and a new canopy was issued. All in all very pleased with the Gazebo.

Tent quality is great and cutomer service also very good - however, tent came in two deliveries and the user instructions are useless, even with he videos one find online. Only the help of customer service solved the issue. Not sure why the quality of user guide can't match the rest.

Arrived the very next day, a fantastic heavy duty Gazebo that saved the day. Left it up in the middle of Brecon Hills for our event for 3 days and its still standing strong. Brilliant Service, fantastic product, well worth the money.

Amazingly well built, it may be a lot more expensive than the cheaper ones but you definitely know this one isn’t going to collapse if you get rain or wind. I had this gazebo up for over a month through rain and wind and it stood up perfectly to these conditions. I did have the sandbags on 4 corners and had pegged all the sides down. The 3x6 meter one you definitely need a minimum of 4 people to put it up and the steel frame is quite heavy but you know it’s not going to fall down. Definitely worth paying the extra money if your going to use it a lot.

Really happy with our Gazebo and all the accessories bought with it. It's all really sturdy and well-designed, so we expect it to be a useful facility for our little village hall for many years to come. There were issues with the courier who delivered all the boxes and Gala were brilliant in chasing them to find a lost box and deliver it on time. There was also damage to that box in transit and Gala sorted us out with a replacement part withing 24 hours. Good to know that we can always get parts for our gazebo if needed. Brilliant service and we'd highly recommend them.

Always happy with Gala Tent items as I have been using them for many years now. It is fantastic that parts can be bought individually if any part deteriorates. My Marquee is up all year round as I use it like an extension to my house and have upgraded parts over the years like the window walls as they tend to go brittle after a while and tear. A few ground bars are worn through with rust but this is to be expected after many years of being out in all weathers so replacing them as required.
