Excellent customer service, got it delivered very quickly considering the high demand. We've used the gazebo at a few trade events and been the envy of some of the other traders with cheaper imitations.Only downside was the delivery company who delivered to the wrong address and failed to let us know. Customer service couldn't find the package and the delivery company didn't know where it was either, fortunately the person who received it knew us and let us know when they got back from work.The gazebo is fab though!

The quality of the PRO 40 Gala Tent is excellent. Very easy to erect and a sturdy structure. We are already enjoying it in the garden.

The gazebo and various accessories I’ve purchased from Gala Tents have been perfect for my garden. The quality is excellent and everything works exactly as it should. An easy company to deal with. Thoroughly recommend.

We love our Gala tent Gazebo , it’s in our garden with our settee and fire pit in so has become a room outside to party in and enjoy . We also have bought all sides and weights so can be left out in all weather . Best investment ever ????

As usual the order was promptly fulfilled, correct and the product easy to fit. On arrival the package was quite badly damaged but thankfully the product inside was fine. The carton had just had a bit of rough handling by the carrier. Have bought from Gala for many years not the cheapest but great quality product that stands up to a commercial environment.
