From the first point of my enquiry through to the delivery this was faultless service. The gala tent is superb! It was purchased for a 21st with the thought of continuing to use it as an outdoor space. What was I thinking this is the perfect outdoor space. Not only a great 21st party but know we have a great outdoor room that now has a hot tub in it! This was a superb purchase. Completely. Skye for money a superb construction that you can put away with ease and then easily put back up. We have these for scouting camps and they stand up to some real abuse by not only the young people but also those leaders who do not necessarily look after equipment. Great gala tent, great outdoor space, great value. Everyone should have one even if you have a flat it’s so convenient to use and easy to store you can have a great outdoor space. Highly recommended by me.

We are very impressed with our Gala tent Gazebo. The process to purchase was easy and the customer service was very good. Unfortunately, the item appeared to have suffered some damage during delivery, fortunately the service we received from Gala Tents was fantastic.

Ratchet tie down straps are just the job for anchoring your tent or gazebo down with confidence. Far better than the guy ropes as they go inside the tent, so no trip hazards and they are so strong, and really easy to install. Our gazebo was the only one still standing the morning after strong winds at a country fair where we were exhibiting. It helped that it was a Gala Tent as they are so robust. We've had ours for almost 20 years and it still looks and works as good as new. I would highly recommend having the ground bars for extra rigidity.

Really good and easy to sort out on line even for us oldies with limited computer skills. All done and dusted with the minimum of inconvenience and hope the delivery is just as efficient. Didn't have to speak with anyone on this occasion but knew help was at hand if needed.

4m x 8m marquee. Out of stock when I made the original enquiry but became available at the predicted time. Prompt processing of order and arrived on time. Product as described and clear instructions for putting together. Outside continually for ten days but in good weather so not really tested but we did order sandbags, which are easy to full with a trowel and attach to the legs, and a pair of tie down straps and pegs for each corner which appear to be very robust. Sidewalls not yet back in stock but we didn't need those anyway.
