Our gazebo needed new sides as ours had been stolen. The sales team were very helpful,friendly and efficient. The delivery was very quick. Overall Gala Tents have a great range of products, spares and are a great company to deal with.

In this world of poor customer service it is nice to find a company like Galatent. I bought a pop up gazebo from them a few years ago and use it regularly. It has been faultless. I recently lost 2 poles from it as a result of my own stupidity. A quick call to Galatent resulted in the correct replacement parts delivered to my door the next day. Superb service. I would not hesitate to buy a product from this company..

I’ve been asked where I bought my gazebo at every single craft market I have done, it really stands out in ease of putting it up and the high quality. I spoke to a sales agent before buying who went through everything with me to ensure I was buying the right thing, customer service is excellent. We are a Scout Group, and brought a Gala Tent so that we would have covered 'outdoor space' for our first camp after / during the pandemic.8m x 6m was perfect - although it was not the one I originally wanted.The space was ideal for 60 Cubs, Scouts and Leaders to eat, meet and play games etc - great!I have purchased Gala Tents before, but needed a new one. The size I wanted was out of stock, so the alternative was suggested, with a few extras thrown in... and it has turned out to be a better choice.Easy to assemble (with the help of the video initially).Delivery was great - arrived on time with a phone call from the driver.
