Excellent service, great product, helpful staff - recommended

Needed some spare parts for the frame of our Gala tent. Spoke to someone who knew their job inside out and could tell me exactly what I wanted, Parts arrived next day, as promised, and not unreasonably priced. The sort of service you always hope to get but very seldom do!

Gala tent is simply the best product on the market.

I’m a 5 foot nothing woman. I shouldn’t be able to lift this gazebo on my own but I can ???? much to my own surprise. I bought the 3x4 pro mx and the transport bag. It’s huge to transport and it’s HEAVY. But it’s not impossible. I found it really difficult online to find any evidence of women putting these big things up so this is just me saying you can do it. It took 2 people to set up but arguably would have been much faster with 4 people. The stability is outstanding. The user ability is outstanding. I seriously regret not getting it printed! Love everything about the gazebo it fits me, my 2 employees and all of our kit inside with ease. If I had to pick a gripe and it’s so minor that it’s barely worth mentioning, I really wish there was a handle on the top of the carry bag. It’s difficult to drag it on its wheels using the side handles.

The staff at Galatent were very helpful and went out of their way to rush the order through the printing to keep a deadline I had. Then when I found 1 cross member had been damaged I contacted them. They asked for a photo and as soon as they received it arranged for a replacement to be sent out straight away.The gazebo 3 x 3m is of high quality as is the printing on the canopy.

Marley provided an excellent service. We ordered parts for a village marquee which is about 10 years old. Not only are spare parts still available but they were delivered next day at no cost. I certainly highly recommend this company

Have had a Gala Gazebo for in excess of 10 years. Robust and effective. Ordered this new canopy to replace the originals which finally showed signs of aging. Absolutely delighted with it! Easy to fit and make the gazebo look as good as new ! Thoroughly recommend Gala

Gala Tents are the best there is. Soundly engineered, with consistent and interchangeable components, excellent spares service and availability, and strong factory back-up. A great British product at sensible price that gives excellent value for money.
