we recently purchased a new canopy and sides for our Gazebo and were really impressed with the service we received also we bought a gutter to go between the two gazebo and what a brilliant thing , We had a downpour while we were using the gazebo and didn't get any ingress off water

Could not be happier with this product I’ve had a lot of gazebos before and none of them were as good as this one. The staff could not have been more helpful and answered all my questions I would definitely recommend this company.

I was recommended Gala Tent by the manager of my local market as I am starting a street food business. First off, the sales team were very helpful and even though stock was low due to Covid19, they managed to get me what I needed. They kept me updated on the status of my purchase which they were able to deliver earlier than expected.The gazebo(3x3) itself is very solid and I think it will last many years. It wasn't too difficult to put up even though we had never put one up before, but I would recommend doing a practice run before you need to use it just to get the initial stiffness out.I haven't started using it professionally yet but, so far, I am very pleased with my purchase.

Came on time and they fitted perfectly to our original frame, people love them at the venues we take them too. Great communication when ordering, great product. Thank you

I over ordered a quantity of wing nuts and had to return part of the order. Galatent responded quickly and efficiently refunding the appropriate money in good time after the return was received.

I am writing this review as i normally do not because the quality is A1 and so easy to put on. What i also love is the colour is perfect for the trees, grass etc in other words the nature that is all around us!I will have no hesitance in buying future products from you!Margaret Roberts,Wales.Wales

This is the first half of the order and so far everything is perfect.- good quality product- Excellent packaging no damage to products- Packaging slips are superb ( some companies are very lax in this area!)- XDP couriers provide an excellent service with tracking information available as the delivery stages take place.Will definitely recommend Galatent in the future.Pete Sawyers

The description was accurate on the website. I spoke to the team before hand who was knowledgeable on what products I should purchase. All our friends and family commented on the high standard of the gazebo. With the size being so large we could get our table which has 10 chairs around it with two six foot tables and two gardens recliner chairs and table easily in without feeling squeezed in. Very happy with galatents.

Gala Tent provided the Trustees of our Village Hall with excellent guidance on providing ballast bags for an outdoor event using our Marquee on the Car Park. Delivery was next day in time for assembly and they worked perfectly for our first post Lockdown Evening with a Hog Roast.
