Our gazebo needed new sides as ours had been stolen. The sales team were very helpful,friendly and efficient. The delivery was very quick. Overall Gala Tents have a great range of products, spares and are a great company to deal with.

The quality of the Gazebo I ordered was very good and I am pleased with it. However the courier company Gala use are next to useless. My order arrived 4 days after it was supposed too. This was after much chasing. Make sure you are not in a hurry.

The gazebo is good quality. Easily erected with additional support where required. Good instructions easy to follow.

Brilliant Gazebo, I would have given Gala Tent 5 stars, had to chase up delivery, the staff at Gala Tent were brilliant they chased up the courier as the tracking stated it was at their delivery depot for a least 5 days and no sign of despatch. Happily our Gazebo landed in time for our outdoor family get together. I would definitely use them again, my suggestion is order early as we did; due to possible delivery delays with courier.

Great sturdy product with really great staff who actually know what they are talking about. Expensive for sure but I tried the cheap ones on ebay and they only lasted for 2 events

We needed a broken part (our fault!) replaced urgently. A call to a wonderful Lady at Gala tents saved the day when she found a part and despatched it immediately. Our Village Hall event could go ahead with 70 happy villagers. Thanks.

In this world of poor customer service it is nice to find a company like Galatent. I bought a pop up gazebo from them a few years ago and use it regularly. It has been faultless. I recently lost 2 poles from it as a result of my own stupidity. A quick call to Galatent resulted in the correct replacement parts delivered to my door the next day. Superb service. I would not hesitate to buy a product from this company..
