I’ve been asked where I bought my gazebo at every single craft market I have done, it really stands out in ease of putting it up and the high quality. I spoke to a sales agent before buying who went through everything with me to ensure I was buying the right thing, customer service is excellent. I would definitely buy from here again and recommend to others.

Brilliant and efficient could not fault the whole process

We are a Scout Group, and brought a Gala Tent so that we would have covered 'outdoor space' for our first camp after / during the pandemic.8m x 6m was perfect - although it was not the one I originally wanted.The space was ideal for 60 Cubs, Scouts and Leaders to eat, meet and play games etc - great!I have purchased Gala Tents before, but needed a new one. The size I wanted was out of stock, so the alternative was suggested, with a few extras thrown in... and it has turned out to be a better choice.Easy to assemble (with the help of the video initially).Delivery was great - arrived on time with a phone call from the driver.

I would have given 5* but too many hiccups with courier, BUT having said that same day dispatch, wonderful customer service, bent over backwards to resolve the problem until eventually all the order came Thank You.

Very prompt delivery, courteous member of staff dealt with my telephone order. I have just erected the Gala Tent today. The quality of the materials used is excelent and it was very easy to erect. If I ever need another I know who to come to.

We have a pop-up Gala Tent which is superb in every aspect, and after a call for advice about an upcoming event that is exposed and often windy, we ordered an additional tie down kit. The advice was good and we were happy to know our Gala Tent was well secured.Thanks again for great service

Having had time to erect the gazebo, and put it to its intended use, it is easy to erect, provides adequate space to work in plus provides privacy when required. i would strongly recommend this product.

Excellent product , easy to put up (and down) storage bags were so well designed and make the gazebo so easy to store !

Excellent ! So pleased with our new gazebo. Very sturdy, excellent quality and Gala Tent were fast and efficient to deal with.

As usual I again received excellent customer service from Julie and her team. They took the time to understand my requirements and then found what I was looking for and shipped it to me promptly. My request was for a product not on the shelf but they went out of their way to find what I was after. Highly recommended.

Ordered 2 x 3m gazebos, printed with name of Town Band. Very helpful in ordering and good help/ feedback from staff. After order was placed, good liaison with delivery and they arrived this morning - and looking forward to using. Good service/ good product - throughly recommend!

Excellent product and very well produced, our tent was a massive hit at it's first outing over the Augusta Bank Holiday weekend at a Food Lovers Festival in Yorkshire. The only negative is that the tent was lost in transit and delivered to somewhere in Essex in error. The Team at Gala Tent were quick to assist though and resolved the problem. Well done!Would highly recommend using Gala Tent.
