As usual, Gala tent gave a very friendly and efficient service, and my order arrived by courier the following day.

This gazebo is amazing and had its first outing in mild wind and just shows you get what you pay for. Very easy to pop up and attach the canopy and sides. I understand why stock was limited as these gazebos are truly made to withstand the British weather. Delivery was fast and was well packaged for the top and sides been in bags to protect them. Was surprised on the gazebo frame packaging as the box was cut into by the securing straps and the frame was not protected inside which resulted in some minor scratches that came out with polish. Also it's the first gazebo frame I have had that does not come with any future protection in the form of a bag. Having spent so much money you expect at least some protection for the frame. Every shelter and gazebo I have bought in the past has had this included and the website doesn't make it clear that this is not included. However if you want a 1st class gazebo with excellent customer service then just read everything carefully and you won't regret your decision to spend a little more to get so much more in quality.

I needed a trading marquee for an outside event, I had looked at other companies, but Gala Tents always came out a better option for quality, price and reviews. The service was first class, I spoke with a lovely gentleman who took time to explain everything to me and his help was invaluable. I purchased a Gala Canopy with side walls, as the marquees were sold out and I needed it before their next delivery of marquees.My 3 x 4.5m Gala Canopy is fabulous! Excellent quality, easy to put up, I did need a little help to push up the frame with the roof canopy on, but then I’m only 5’ 2???. The rest of the construction I managed on my own. Delivery was within a couple days. I would definitely recommend Gala Tent to anyone looking for a reliable, sturdy, excellent quality marquee/ canopy.

Great service and a superb quality product. Robust, attractive and easy to assemble. This will last, so it's worth paying a bit more than for an inferior gazebo. Much admired by many friends and family, who are keen to buy their own from Gala Tent. Highly recommended!

I bought gazebo from gala tent for my business, the delivery was super fast I got it in two days, the quality of canopy is excellent, v v easy to setup and carrier bag has enough space for the frame and canopy. I highly recommend. Worth each penny. If I need to buy again I will def come back to gala tent. Weldone.

Excellent replacement cover for our 3m X 3m gazebo. Much better quality than any others and the purple is gorgeous. Generous size and very easy to fit and has stood up well to all the rain and wind we had a few weeks ago. Well packaged and quick delivery. Thankyou, will be back, but not too soon I hope! I was looking for a well made gazebo saw the name n tried it the sales folk were very helpful I’ve seen them about I must say there was no bull very down to earth I’d recommend them to people although once up it will sell itself cheers KR

A delightfully designed and easy to put up gazebo which appears to be not only strong but attractive also. It feels that it would be able to weather some reasonable winds (rather than gales) as it has a substantial mass. The carrying case is on wheels which makes transport easy and also provides a pocket for other items such as pegs and lines. Very happy with the purchase.

I bought a Gala tent as I have a small craft business and attend fairs and festivals. In the past, I have 'made do' with the top end of the supermarket garden gazebos. Now that this needs replacing and I am getting more and more bookings, I knew I needed something more robust. After asking around, everyone said, 'If you can possibly afford it, go for Gala'. I decided it was worth the investment and went for it. I couldn't be happier! The tent is so solid, robust and well made and it's waterproof too! It is brilliantly easy to put up - I say brilliantly easy because the design is brilliant! From the toggle at the top to the steel feet at the bottom, everything has been well thought out. Just brilliant!Oh, and I mustn't forget to mention that the carry bags are generously sized so you don't get that awful fight at the end when you are tired and just want to go home, but nothing will fit back in the bag. Can't recommend highly enough. If you are a small business like me and a little wary because of the price (also like me), don't be! If you can possibly afford it - do it! You won't regret it.
