Bag with wheels was bought to make moving our gazebo easier. I don't think it will last long. It seems to be made smaller than one we had before and the base is not as sturdy. It's a struggle to get gazebo in the bag. Zips seem ok and there's a large pocket on the front and some clips. Good delivery. Good website.

So far the Tent is great (3 x 2 gala Tent). Wanted the PVC covers, which were around £100 extra, but was not available at the time. Was told if I paid the extra £120 they would send the pvc when available - sorted. Unfortunately, the extra £120 only covered the roof cover and not the sides which was a bit miss leading. If you are after the PVC covers and sides I would advise to wait until they are in stock as you will save a fortune compared to upgrading later. (only £100 extra at the time rather than £180 for the sides and another £120 for the roof later on)That aside, the product is great and the staff on the phone were very courteous about the whole thing.

Gala Tents were a natural choice, as I had rented one beforehand and decided the tent was a good quality, robust tent. The purchasing of the tent was a little confusing, because I was not aware the sides can be bought as a package. This process could be clearer, as I required a specific configuration and may have paid more than I would have had to. However, I got my tent and what I asked for, so more than happy and would recommend the purchase to family and friends who may be looking to purchase.

A sturdy tent which definitely needs two people to put up. Coped fine with several rainy days. The 'canvas leaks a little bit, but just gets moist on the inside and doesn't trouble the occupants. It is very easy to add or remove the side panels using velcro and zip fastenings which has been really useful in managing winter weather. I also liked the eyelets for guy ropes which are more secure than weights on the feet. No problems with last night's gale, although I had taken down the side walls. The ratchet straps work well to guy the tent, but do not have instructions I found releasing them into be tricky and fiddly. Maybe these could be improved or, if there is a trick to it, let us have instructions!!

The infrared heaters arrived promptly and were well packaged and just as advertised. One bracket was missing from a box but following an email it arrived the next day so their customer service is excellent.

Good help on the phone with questions. Prompt delivery. Gazebo seems high quality and nice colour. I was not expecting bright blue bag weights though. I thought they would be black but too late to return. Pretty straightforward to erect and so far all working well. I did buy the extra heavy duty pegs which are amazing and added some large ratchet straps from elsewhere. I can say the quality of the gazebo material and seams seems very good. It's up now, so fingers crossed for performance in less than perfect weather.

Quality product, although very bright orange light when on. Easy to install.

Fantastic gazebo. Really pleased with it. Strong frame and easy to put up (with a bit of elbow grease). Would be 5* but next day delivery day was missed.

Good sturdy gazebo- nice colour and overall pleased. A little difficult to erect as it’s very stiff in its folded state.

Delivery arrived on time. Tent was what we expected. Easy to assemble too.

Really good marquee. Easy to assemble but doors let it down Velcro rather than zips. Hard to close from outside

I can only comment on the service as not built yet. I ordered to increase my outdoor seating for my pub, unfortunately we had to close 2 days after delivery due to 3 tier restrictions. I was initially looking between 2 companies to order from. I tried to call the other company. No response. When I called Gala, the gent I spoke to answered all questions, and remained very patient and understanding. The marquee I wanted was out of stock, if it hadn't been for the gent I spoke too I probably would have ordered from other company as not out of stock. Yet sometimes that personnel touch goes a long way. I ordered with him, I'm now just hoping the quality of marquee is as good as the guys they employ.

I had a few issues with the first gazebo I ordered, it was far to heavy, note to anyone ordering check how heavy they are. I picked a replacement up, not as heavy, sturdy frame, the canvas fits well. Like the Velcro to secure the sides to the roof and the skirt to deflect water round the bottom. Hopefully will last a long time.
