Bought this for our scout group to replace a storm damaged tent from a different company, and allow the scouts to meet outside during COVID. The quality of the product is outstanding and it was very easy to erect. Each box of components had a complete set of assembly instructions which was very useful. I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for. We are very happy with this product.

Ordering process easy to understand. Delivery of gazebo exceeded our expectations. After first time (needed wd40 to lubricate joints) putting gazebo up, we find it very easy to use and is very worth buying for a car trader.

Tent is excellent, sales person was really good and prompt delivery.Only negative was there was no guide ropes or pegs which you got to purchase separately.Would have been really annoyed if I had gone camping and found no guide ropes or pegs!!!

Excellent product, very well made and capable of being used on my own on sites as shade and rain shelter to keep me and my tools dry. Storage bag is a great help and makes moving the frame around easy.Excellent phone service, delivery took a little while but not surprising in the current virus situation. This is now the second gazebo purchased. Would highly recommend.

We bought this Gazebo after our neighbour, a commercial hirer recommend Gala. We have replaced so many domestic lightweight Gazebos over the last few years so we’re happy to invest a little more in something more durable. We are more than pleased with the result. So glad we took the advice of a professional to use Gala with the added bonus of knowing we can always get replacements or additions instead of taking yet another inferior item to the tip.

I ordered a new cover for my existing Gala tent frame and it arrived really quickly and is even better quality than the original. I originally bought a tent in 2008 for a family party and it has been used a lot over the years for family parties and also lent to local school and village for events so it lasted really well! Would happily recommend a Gala tent as it’s been a really good investment.

The gazebo itself is good, however it did arrive damaged and we had to replace 2 of the struts which in fairness were posted out out promptly and fairly easy to change. There was still a nasty scratch on one of the legs and eventually £30 was refunded. I would suggest that they make it easier to contact their customer services, I ended up sending three messages after receiving the replacement parts before I got any reply. Overall gazebo good but just hassle when it arrives damaged.

Basic products but they were absolutely fine. Timely delivery. Good packaging. Easy to use and worked well. No criticisms at all. Do recommend.
