On the Tuesday I lost a bolt that holds the trusses. Prompt response on messenger and a call from customer service a replacement bolt set with me on the Thursday.

We have a secluded patio area at the rear of the house with a table, 4 chairs and the traditional big umbrella. The umbrella is very heavy and not easy to put up and down, so when the pole snapped, we decided to replace with a gazebo. I looked at some cheap ones but they weren't a patch on the Gala one we use in the Rotary Club. So decided to go for the Gala 3m by 3m. It came today and we have just put it up; straightforward, a bit of an effort but we are in our late 70's and there were only two of us. It took a couple of hours at most from unpacking and watching the instruction video on youtube to finish and everything tidied away. Very pleased with the appearance and the quality looks excellent. I do appreciate the ingenuity in the design. Altogether very pleased.

It was very easy to order the product we wanted, sales were really helpful. Really pleased with the quality of our gazebo, it is really sturdy. It was easy to put up with two people. Love the zip up corners which keep the draughts out compared to the gazebo we use to have.

If you are on the fence about getting a gazebo I can highly recommend these ones. Amazing quality, having a pop up one for the garden for when family or friends are round has been amazing.
