Product is amazing a world apart from the flimsy gazebos you may see in large shopping chains. Very well made and the frames are made in England so your supporting our economy too. Only slight moan was delivery as the packing was very flimsy around the frame which had a broken plastic part and frame was difficult to open as it had obviously been dropped. It took a couple of calls to customer service to get the part sent out but slls well now. Used it over a hot tub in some quite windy weather and it stood up fine. Would definitely recommend the company if your looking for a quality all weather gazebo that will last for years.

Our Scout Group have been supplying our original marquee as a shelter at the local vaccination center when it sustained significant damage during a freak storm overnight.The following morning we contacted Gala Tents who were very helpful and arranged for a new marquee to be delivered the very next day.Excellent service and a top quality marquee.

a good website with the various spare parts easily found and a helpful person on the phone at Gala tents giving me guidance and information. Some bits were not immediately available but were soon delivered

I bought a 8m x4 marquee frame. It was simple to erect and did the job perfectly. I was in a bit of a rush to get one and the customer service was brilliant and I received the frame in two days.

Great product-weights for my gazebo and speedy delivery. My only quibble is that when I ordered I got a fault page meaning I didn’t know whether the order had gone through even though payment had been taken. 2 phone messages and an email were not responded to so communication not great.
