Good product. I had a slightly weird experience of delivery. Having paid for one day delivery which I didn't have a choice about. I then got a phone call 2 days later telling me the product was now in stock and yet it wasn't sent on to me till I rang back and requested that it was and getting through washy perfectly easy. I understand they believed they had told me it was out of stock so I am happy to accept it was an admin error.

Especially liked the zip closures to make handling straightforward. Strong and stable

Gala tents are great however the website lets them down with lack of information and even their customer service team seem unsure about product details. Also part of my order sat in the couriers depot damaged and I never got it for the date and event I ordered it for. Ordered Monday for next day delivery and only half arrived Thursday. Replacement didn't arrive until Saturday afternoon by which time wedding was in full swing. Great product let down by lack of detail on website and delivery

Ordered new canopy by phone and the salesman was helpful. I chose the colour and payment was taken over the phone in a few simple steps. Delivery was speedy and the package was well packed. As usual the new canopy fitted perfectly and the purple was different to our usual green. The canopy was of top quality and should last for many years before I have to buy from Gala tent. I will recommend Gala Tent as a company that provides quality products at a fair price.

I am very pleased with the Gala Gazebo from Gala Tent. Strong construction and well put together - I know from researching that there are other cheaper products available, but to stand the test of time and not to blown away by the first gust of wind I would definitely recommend Gala.The advice received on the phone prior to purchasing was very helpful and the delivery service was excellent.

Always quality products from galatent had my gazebo for 5 years and still looks abs performs as good as new. Now bought the sides and they are equally as good.
