It was very easy to order the product we wanted, sales were really helpful. Really pleased with the quality of our gazebo, it is really sturdy. It was easy to put up with two people. Love the zip up corners which keep the draughts out compared to the gazebo we use to have.

Excellent prompt service for supply of a gazebo replacement part. Excellent design of gazebo required only 4 bolts to be removed to replace part.

Delivered promptly as expected. I already have 2 heaters so bought a third with a post bracket to hold them. However disappointed that white heaters are fitted with a black electric cable unlike my existing heaters which have white cables to match. otherwise excellent heaters.

I bought a gazebo from Gala 3 years ago. It is up all of the summer as an outdoor room for me as I am disabled but enjoy being outside. We needed a replacement canopy so I rang for help. Had to have a different colour but the friendly efficient team got it to me next working day. I am now happily ensconced on my camping bed enjoying the birdsong and greenery. Super service.
