This is unquestionably a sturdy, well-made structure, and a league better than comparable pop-ups. On the other hand, it is considerably more expensive. The question really is whether one is prepared to pay more to minimise the risk of damage during high winds (never reliably predictable in this country). This gala tent is much more likely to survive than others. It is excellent and I highly commend it.

My call was returned and a very helpful conversation resulted in next day delivery of new fittings for my party tent. They are good quality and allowed me to use the tent which was otherwise broken. Highly recommend Gala Tents.

This pop up gazebo is the best one I've bought for quite a few years. I use them for work regularly and for the money is really good! The canvas is strong and so is the frame. And also the peace of mind that it can be repaired instead of being thrown away if it does break.

Because of storm damage we needed replacement parts which were to take time to be supplied by manufacturer, however we were shipped parts from a complete frame which was a stock item, to enable us to have outside protection for customers when reopening. ***** Customer service, thank you.
