Ordering from the website was straightforward and delivery was quick. Putting it together was simple enough with a few views of the online tutorials and the instructions included in the box. It looks very sturdy and extremely good quality and I am sure it will withstand the rather unpredictable Scottish weather! Very please with our purchase and looking forward to getting a lot of use out of it.

I've had 3 gazebos over the last 20 years, all of which have finally broken due to poor or weak construction. The Gala Tent was a last ditch effort to get something strong which would actually last. Wow! A really sturdy, well engineered Gazebo which will do the job properly. Everything about this unit is brilliant, and will serve me well for many years. Also, it arrived 2 days after ordering it. Excellent service, excellent product.

I ordered a pro elite tent for garden home use. I erected the tent with easy to follow instructions and was impressed with the high quality of covering and piles, with the fully erected tent looking really good. All my dealings with staff were very positive, polite and helpful.
