Having previously purchased a Gala Tent and kept it up for 8 years in a row, through every weather we decided to order another. Never disappointed in this Company. Even had a courtesy call after placing the order. Well done Gala Tent!!

We wanted a small marquee style tent to use for everybody to be able to sit down together in for meals and for activities when it is raining on camp. The Gala tent is brilliant for this- it is well made and spacious and the sales team were brilliant. Thank you

I ordered a 4m x 12m marquee, thinking it would be almost the same as one I’d previously inherited to the same dimensions. What I got was two 4m x 6m marquees that were to be joined, end to end, to give me the 12m length I’d ordered. In retrospect, the two smaller marquees give me more flexibility than the single larger one.The marquees are joined with a gutter and side panel linking arrangements which, if used with a set of ground bars is a bit clumsy and without any real detailed instructions on how to assemble it.That said, the overall quality of the product is good. I would recommend the use of mechanical grease on all the joints, especially if the marquee is to remain erected for more than a few days.Finally, I have had reason to call the staff at ‘Gala Tent’ with a minor query. I found them to be polite, helpful and very obliging with no quibble.

As a grass roots football club, money is always tight, we had been putting up with an old marquee for years, it was well past it. we took the decision to get two new ones, thanks to a local company offing to help out financially, We wish we had done this years ago, we put one up Sunday 15/5/21 4m x 10m with ease, great build quality, great service. Don't go anywhere else, highly recommend.

After spending a few days Researching marquees from different companies, I decided Gala Tent was ideal for the size I required to cover our above ground pool. From calling to speak to a Representative who was very helpful and knowledgeable, advised me what I needed we agreed on a deal delivered two days later. My wife was at home with the kids on delivery day the driver happy obliged to put all the boxes in via our side gate so she didn’t have to move the 18/20 KGS boxes. Assembly was Pretty straightforward would have been easier if I didn’t have a swimming pool in the way note to self. The only thing I would suggest is Zip all the side panels in place with one bungee on each end of the panel 1st to the cross bar. Then go around for the 2nd time fixing bungees through the roof then go round 3rd time for ground bars if you have them. I found doing all of one side top and bottom working around the opposite side was very tight getting the bungees around the polls could be where it’s new. I did have a 6 wing nut bolts that had the wrong Screw thread so they wouldn’t screw in, a quick call on Saturday to customers service replacement delivery today (Monday).Sales 5* (As you would expect but not pushy)Delivery 5*Customer service / After sales 5*Build quality 5* (Time will tell as to longevity)Instructions 4* (limited detail as above side curtains) Overall 5* would recommend not the cheapest on the market but if you buy cheap you may pay more twice.

Bought 3 marquees - very good presales with fast replies etc., but bit disappointed not to have been told about the 2 month delay to the bags the marquees are stored in. Quick to take the money from our charity for them though, and when raised this postsale with the salesman he ignored the concern. Also a missing item due to a packing error though this has since been sorted which is fair enough. Delivery driver was at least helpful, although think an external company - at least they're using a good company! Equipment has been good in the past, so hoping this makes up for the lack of notification about the delay for the bags, so giving 4 stars.

We chose our tent Sunday night and ordered on line. Despatched Monday to arrive Tuesday which wasn't convenient, I spoke to a very helpful man and arranged delivery on Wednesday. Arrived 5 mins early at 9.00pm.It went up Thursday evening, no instructions came but we soon realised we didn't need any. It was very simple and easy ,all done in 45 mins. Easy to take down too!! A lovely smart tent great colour (blue) it was admired by everyone at the christening party. Can't fault the company, a great service and product.

Very sturdy, quality gazebo. We went with Gala Tent because of the range of spares and accessories offered. We are very pleased we did, it's a great product and the spares and accessories mean we can expand it over time and get a lot of use out of it.My only criticism is even the 3foot x 3foot gazebo is big and heavy and awkward to handle when packed up, it's tricky to get into the bag. But I can't really complain since it's such a robust item. Highly recommended.
