Order arrived promptly with no issues. I have been a customer for 11 years. This order was to replace a 10 year old weathered canopy. One of the advantages using Gala is the quality of the product and the ability to replace parts.

An excellent gazebo that feels strong and rugged. My husband was sceptical before purchase but now that it is here and erected, he thinks it is the ‘bee knees’! Excellent customer service. I contacted the company by phone as I had not added everything to my order. They were extremely helpful and ensured that I had the delivery before the Easter weekend.This is a company that I highly recommend.

Fantastic gazebo great quality and easy to put up

Purchased our gazebo through Galatent website and took advantage of the offer including a carry bag. Good, clear communication and arrived very promptly. Well packaged, with clear assembly instructions and helpful videos available online. Gazebo is very well constructed and simple to erect, it is of far superior quality to others that we have looked at. I’ve bought Gala Tent gear since sitting inside one of their marquees at a local attraction a few years ago now.The gazebo I’ve just purchased is superb. Not cheap and should last a lifetime. Perfect for sharing some outdoor time with friends in the garden, whatever the weather!

Received my gala tent not quite the day after as advertised but it arrived erected a week late at home in preparation for future use at trackdays.First impressions were good quality very well packed in its own storage bags which are strong with quality zips, needed two people to erect but went up no problem and the canopy fitted perfectly as did the side walls.Yeah so first impression great product ????My only issue was when I ordered the gutter accessory I was wasn’t informed that it works between two tents as I only purchased the one!!!I feel It should have been mentioned on ordering how the gutter system works!!

Great fit and quality for an 'off the peg' replacement! Our sturdy frame was too good to tip so a replacement cover seemed a good idea. After a bit of a google search i came across Gala tent, it was easy to navigate and order and the cover arrived super quickly. It comes with ties and was easy to assemble. One month later it's still up and looking great.
