It’s not an event without a Gala tent! Actually it’s the best kind of Gazebo strong and resilient to all kinds of weather. We are a Cohousing Community and it saved our sanity in Lockdown as a place to meet socially distanced in our 3m x 4.5m safe space. The canopy survived being up for 2 years moving round our external courtyards to house; bands, children's parties, wakes and Friday meals. It was an adult that did it, used a broom to shift the heavy snow from the canopy. It ripped beyond repair. Within a few hours of ordering we had a replacement. Thanks Gala for excellent customer service and a great product.

I have just purchased and erected a Gala Tenet - Elite with ground frame and 650gm covers. I have previously dealt with a competitor for my own large marquee and for several others for a large charity. These previous ones have been great after 10-15 years so no complaints there. However, the spec of this Gala Tent Elite and speaking with Tom and another advisor, persuaded me that this would be the Best Buy. Everything seems to point to that being so in terms of quality of product and ease of handling. Delivery was amazing. Next day! Well done, Gala.

We certainly put Gala Tent UK through a product test! It was erected the day before the storm on January 29th. We thought we had wasted our money because no way would it survive the night. It was perfect, nothing was bent or ripped. Unbelievable!!! You get what you pay for.

The staff were great and helped me select the correct tent for our needs.Delivery was efficient and delivered right into my garage.The frame is structurally sound and heavy construction.we will get many years of use out of this purchase. I am glad I chose Gala tent.

My experience with Gala tents goes back several years when we borrowed a neighbour's gazebo to use at charity events in our garden. I was really impressed with the quality and the fact spares are available and the service is quick if you need an urgent part.Several years on, moved house and doing charity events again, I have bought a 3m x 4.5 Pro 40 and we are very pleased with it. I recommended your company to our village W.I. as they needed a decent gazebo with so many events being held outside due to Covid. They have bought 2no. 3 x 3m gazebos with a joining kit so they have the choice of 3m or 6m depending on the event. I in turn bought a joining kit so with big events like the Jubilee celebrations in June we can join all three gazebos together.My only criticism are the putting up instructions. A video is useless when you are outside. A more detailed set of PAPER instructions are needed detailing how to deal with water weights, storm straps and gutters etc. The guy rope instructions in the video show them being clipped to the four rings. Then somewhere I see that in a wind the guy ropes should be attached round the top frame and not on the clip rings? The details I have downloaded are too basic. We all know the construction is easy once you know how, but with a team of people using the gazebo at WI events, a decent set of instructions should be supplied.The customer service has been excellent, thank you.A suggestion on your lovely bags....a sewn on gala tent logo with 'tie down kit', etc so we can see exactly what is in each bag!

I have been using Gala Tents products for many years. Their service is excellent, I recently placed my order for replacement tent items and the next morning they arrived. Well done to Gala, I will certainly be using them again.

First of all is the quality that makes the difference, not to mention the quick and prompt delivery. Definitely is something to recommend to anyone looking for durability in the first place.

Excellent customer service. Rang and requested catalogue, then later after looking at products, choose 3m by 4m PVC covered tent. Ordered on a Tuesday evening via internet, Delivered Thursday afternoon. Good product to act as temporary garage for vintage tractor! Put up in an hour
