Had the Gazebo delivered some weeks ago but only just erected it. Seems extremely robust. Quite easy to put up but some muscle is required. Extremely happy with my purchase. Service was superb all queries promptly and professionally resolved. Thank you

I had a 6x3 Gala tent for the past ten years the top was starting to lose its weatherproofing. I decided to reduce the tent to 3x4 and bought the top only. I’m very impressed with the quality. The fit was perfect. Cannot fault the item very pleased.

The July 2021 delivery promise became October 2021, so the summer bbqing period was lost.I erected the tent in Late March 2022 and found it to be fairly straight forward. I had also purchased weights and straps but I am at a loss to discover how to release the tension on them as no instructions came with them.I have comments about the use of Velcro for all the fastenings, it makes it difficult to access the tent quickly, at least 2 zips should have been provided on one of the end panels to improve access.Having put up the tent I realized that it would be better to have the ground bars which I ordered in March and they did arrive very quickly, followed the instructions and found that one end of the tent had widened at the base by 6 inches which precluded me from making the Velcro doorway to connect, so cut off 6 inches from one of the lengths and now it fits, I have measured the structure and it is now equal in all directions so why the ground bars were incorrect is unknown.The tent is sturdy and looks as if it will give me a few years of use the annoying details cannot be overlooked, your comments would be welcome.

Quick and efficient service. I ordered a replacement as the canopy was shredded to pieces by Storm Eunice. Putting a new one on was not a one man job but I am delighted with the product

I have always used Gala Tents and have always found their products to be of the highest quality and my recent purchase ( 3m x 3m Marquee) reinforced my view. My last marquee lasted six years left out in all weathers which again is a testament to the quality and longevity of the products. If you want a quality long lasting marquee purchase from Gala Tents, you have access to a full spares back up service as well!

Ordered in the afternoon, delivered the next morning. Brilliant. I have not put the 6m by 10m marquee up yet but have checked all the parts. It is extremely well made and having storage bags for the various poles should make erection fairly straightforward. Being able to get spare components was a major consideration in buying from Gala and the structural integrity of the roof makes the marquee a good, safe structure.

Wasted a lot of money buying gazebos that were inferior in quality, then finally came across Gala Tents and I am so very pleased with my purchase the tent is made from material that is extremely strong and will withstand any weather. From small bits to the major components are made to the highest standard. May I also add finally I had 5 bungees missing and from my phone call to receiving them was within 18 hours. Well done customer service I have recommended Gala Tents to family and friends with confidence.
