The Marquee is great and Im the envy of all my neighbours! There were some issues with the delivery, not everything turned up at one, but this was quickly sorted out by the Gala team.

Great service from Gala Tents and speedy delivery. Product is very robust and looks fit for years of service.

the marquee itself is supberb and looks fabulous. the instrucions however, were quite difficult to follow, and we had some pieces missing and too many of other pieces, which we only discovered when we were well into setting the marquee up. we had to take it back down and wait for the pieces to arrive. we had to make a few phone calls to clarify how to assemble. We had a large marque but had not been told it is in fact two marques and they are put together with a drainage system. So we did not have pieces missing we actually had all the correct pieced for two marquees! However, nowhere in the instructions or when ordering were we told that it would be two sepearate marques to join together. And the instructions did not give any information about how to fit the drainage/gutter. All that said the marquee is amazing just very confusing for the reasons stated.

Added the walls and a couple of infrared heaters to my 6x3 canopy. Quick delivery and all works perfectly. Really impressed with the service.

Never had any poor products from Gala Tents. Goods, service and deliveries always spot on. Highly recommended. Never use anyone else.

My opinion is 5 stars, I have been your client since 2005 and I bought 8 tents, I sent 4 to Bulgaria. Huge help for my work and most of all there is security! I welcome the quality work! That's why I offer it to my friends. Be healthy !!!

I have just received my new gazebo, and I am so impressed. The gazebo is very good quality, the frame is sturdy and the canopy fits perfectly. It looks great on my patio.I am so glad that I bought this gazebo, it is a little more expensive than some on the market, but well worth it !I bought the side panels which I haven't used yet, and also the weight bags, which are cleverly designed and work well on the patio.Thank you Gala Tent UK

Ordered spare parts and they arrived next day

After much research I decided on a 40mm 3x4.5m pop-tent and buying up from Gala Tent and am very happy with this decision. The tent arrived swiftly and in good order - so no faulting the service and information provided. The tent is of good quality and 40mm is more than adequate for my needs and ability to lift and carry. Everything packs away neatly into the storage bag/s. Though not a problem, I did slightly underestimate packed away tent size and weight for transporting. I highly recommend Gala Tent

Very impressed and pleased with my new Gala pop-up tent and the service provided. Bought some extra ground bars to secure the tent for winding weather after testing it in-situ. Order arrived very promptly. Everything seems to be of good quality. Highly recommend Gala Tent.

I've had many tents is the past this Gala Tent I have now purchased in 2010 has never been taken down, I've just had to order panels and accessories occasionally due to bad weather. One of my friends has also purchased a number for his business to keep good dry. I would recommend this company for its service getting goods out to you.
