Excellent product top quality one of the best on the market used this company in the past and there gazebo will certainly stand up to the great British weather.

Excellent heater. Am using in outdoor gazebo.Easy to put together. Did think it came with a pole but my fault for not reading description correctly. Does have clamps for attachment though.

I found this company via a google search, looking for outdoor radiant heaters. The web site is as good as any, the ordering process straightforward, the delivery exemplary (especially the product packing which was first class). The product itself is solid, well made and exactly as promised. One single criticism is that when I pressed the order button, the items were still shown in the order basket; which caused an instant doubt in my mind as to whether the order was being processed. To be fair, this has happened on other sites but never-the-less it does create a concern. Not enough of a criticism to lose a star, but I suggest a small site coding correction would be a good idea.

Purchased three heaters for my Gala 6x4m marquee which was purchased earlier in the year for work both the heaters and marquee are used every day the service was fantastic really quick delivery and the quality of the products are 1st class. I do have a second Marquee from a different company Gala tents are much better quality. One bulb was broken on delivery one phone call new bulb delivered in 48 hrs. Thanks Gala so refreshing to get good service. I have recommended Gala tents across our business.
