We were absolutely blown away by the service, quality, and dedication of this team. From start to finish, their communication was brilliant, their commitment was unwavering, and the final product was exceptional. They pulled out all the stops to ensure our stand was completed in time, even adjusting their own schedules to make it happen.The craftsmanship is flawless, and the stand truly exceeded our expectations: sturdy, striking, and built to a standard that reflects real pride in their work. It’s rare to find a company that cares this much, not just about the product, but about the people they’re supporting.They didn’t just deliver a structure, they delivered a platform for our message and helped us launch a service that changes lives. Quality cover can fit the canopy in the bag at the front or can leave it on the frame (snug fit). Thick material and lots of fasteners to tighten to make it a robust fit. Price was mid range but is reflected in the quality of the product.

The floor bars for my pro60 gazebo were top quality as always from Garla tents. The bars make an already strong structure even stronger.

Caught out by the wind at an event which snapped 2 legs and the centre post.We ordered the replacement parts and they arrived 2 days later.With an Allen key and 15 mins all parts were replaced and used our gala tent the next day, looking like new again.Fantastic product and service.

Ordered a 8x4 marquee which was delivered without fuss a couple of days later. As the structures are modular we ordered a 6x4 canopy as well. Original delivery was missing a couple of poles from the ground bar kit but after a quick call to Cheech these were dispatched the next day. Have recently erected and used the marquee (6x4 version) and assembly was easily achieved by two people (used the purchased water weights as the marquee was pitched on solid ground). Marquee has been up a week or so now and we have had some heavy rain and strong winds but nothing the marquee could not handle. We purchased from Gala based on the online sales material, comparisons with other vendors and reviews such as this. From initial contact through to dispatch and contact with customer services regarding minor issues it has been a pleasure dealing with Gala. The marquee itself (canopy/sidewalls and tubular structure) appear to be of excellent quality and I suppose only time will tell how durable it is but at the moment we are very happy with our purchase and the assistance from Gala.

This is the third time or fourth time I've purchased from Gala Tent. The quality of their products is excellent, hard wearing, easy to assemble and practical with all the accessories available to ensure it's fit for the purpose purchased for. Really good value for money!

We are really happy with our Gazebo! The quality is excellent, and it was super easy to set up. One feature we particularly love is the white inner lining on the canopy - it helps keep the space bright and not as dark as other tents we’ve used. The extra light makes a big difference for daytime events.Also, the customer service was fantastic. They were responsive, helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly with our order. Highly recommend this gazebo for anyone in need of a reliable, stylish outdoor shelter.
