Excellent service, and perfect fit replacement canopy following rodent damage to previous gazebo.

After a period of research the Pro 40 was identified as product which would meet several of our needs. The purchase experience was excellent, from the order phone call / discussion until the Pro 40 arrived at our door was 24hrs. It is well made well made & assembles easily. The only comment I would make is that there was insufficient pegs supplied compared to the number of peg holes available, all which will be used on windy days. A great product.

Sales staff were polite and helpful. The pop up gazebo arrived in 24 hours and appears good quality. Haven't yet used it .Would recommend to friends and family.

Saw a gala tent gazebo outside our butchers during lockdown ...admired its quality then ....so easy decision to contact the company when we needed one Good web site, great customer service, fast delivery.We used the gazebo at the weekend ....so easy to put up and take down and the quality is obvious the minute you take it out the box. Ordering from the website was straightforward and delivery was quick. Putting it together was simple enough with a few views of the online tutorials and the instructions included in the box. It looks very sturdy and extremely good quality and I am sure it will withstand the rather unpredictable Scottish weather! I've had 3 gazebos over the last 20 years, all of which have finally broken due to poor or weak construction. The Gala Tent was a last ditch effort to get something strong which would actually last. Wow! A really sturdy, well engineered Gazebo which will do the job properly. Everything about this unit is brilliant, and will serve me well for many years. Also, it arrived 2 days after ordering it. Excellent service, excellent product.
