Gala Tent were amazing and very helpful, they dispatched my tent same day, unfortunately for them the courier service they use failed to deliver and returned my tent to sender as said they could not find me!!! After advising Gala they sent another tent out immediately and it was received the 2nd time around but not without problems. Gala Fantastic Courier company not so good!!

Well I bought this tent to replace the one I already have. It's looking a bit grubby so decided to change it. It's my third one now, and I think they are excellent value for money. Even though I should have changed it by now, the existing one has just stood the test of hurricane Eunice and is still standing proud.A testament to a great product. Well done GALA...

Had great service by the team at Gala. Answered emails and queries almost instantly. The goods were paid for at 3pm then arrived the next day. The tents are really substantial for the price and are really please with the quality. Would happily reccomend Gala to anyone!

We love our 5 year old Gazebo. When dismantling it on a windy day a gust lifted it away and it suffered a broken leg. One call and a replacement was delivered to us at a very reasonable cost. We love our Gazebo again.
