Choosing the right model was easy from the detailed range. Delivery was within 48 hours and the product with all accessories was very good indeed. Delighted to see all made in GB. The finish and attention to detail is exceptional and the support and advise from sales team member was very useful. All in all, well worth the money and a good quality product. Great Service and Communication. Bought a couple of infrared marquee heaters, website advised to call for availability (this was at a time when everyone in tier 2 wanted outside heaters). I was told they were out of stock, but would come in a week and to my surprise one week later I was informed they had arrived and were with me the next day!

Bought this product a few months ago, its been through high winds and excessive rain, and it didn't budge, its been used for multiple partys, and I am buying a second one for my other property, I'd highly recommend this to anyone

Excellent quality marquee. The material is really thick and it was simple to put together. I placed this on a patio area and didn’t peg it to the ground but even strong winds didn’t really budge it. You will not be disappointed with this purchase.

Infra-red marguee heaters arrived when promised, appear good quality and have been mounted on a stone wall (I didn't need the pole mounts). Heat output is good although focus results in two warm regiaions with a cooler section in centre. Cannot yet comment on durability, however build quality appears good, replacement lamps are readily available and straightforward to fit. Very long power cable included which will be a bonus for many people, eliminating need for extension lead.

The 3x4 gala tent, lights, heater and gutter that I purchased during lockdown have been fantastic and all survived the recent gales.

I bought the gazebos for our beer garden and wasn't really expecting much for the money but thought the increase in business would make it worthwhile .The tents came I was very impressed with the quality ease of assembly and Gala had thought of everything the make the gazebos substantial enough to with stand the strong winds and rain .Fantastic product I can highly recommend, high build quality ,easy to assemble and take down at a very good price .I expect be using these for years
