Excellence that is what comes to mind I was worried about what to buy and the help I had from the customer service team was outstanding every question they knew with out hesitation the delivery was next day and the gazebo 3x3 is spot on used it on the weekend and compared to what I was using is on another level outstanding quality good design a brilliant bit of kit thank you very much gala tent.

The service was outstanding and my banner is lovely! The design service did a great job and most impressive was the speed of production and delivery - absolutely faultless and will 100% be using them again! Thank you everyone, you're all awesome!

The Hummingbird Centre have used Gala Tent in the past we needed our gazebo and flags up dating. Service received from Michael Everitt and Darren Perry was excellent especially Michael with supporing on the design work. We were also on a deadline for an event taking place at the end of June all products arrived on time and looked amazing. Thank you to everyone at Gala Tent.

Team at the warehouse were really helpful and very knowledgeable. Spares in stock and was able to collect with any pre-ordering. Couldn’t ask for more, have been using Gala for 20 years now - always a quality product, wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Really great, quick service, just what we were after

Second gazebo from Gala. The first is over 10 years old and still going strong! The new one is even better constructed. Our bespoke design is an exact copy of the original, which the design team were excellent in sorting. The carriers lost one of the parels but Gala were quick in sending a replacement. The price looks steep but these are in a different league of quality from the £1-200 priced gazebos that are on offer. You do get what you pay for.

I decided to buy from Gala as I already have 2 of their larger tents, A 4m x 8m and a 3m x 3m. From first contact through to delivery, Gala could not have been more helpful. They spent a lot of time nursing me through getting our logo to a suitable resolution for printing. We have used the gazebo 3 times now and it is quite robust and easy to put up after a couple of practice runs. I am more than happy with the build quality and it really enhances or brand image each time we we use it. I would thoroughly recommend.
