Gala Tent UK

Great product. Decided to go with Gala Tents after seeing the quality and robustness versus other brands. When the gazebo arrived i was not disappointed. Extremely well built and exceeded my expectations. Good communication through the whole purchasing cycle and a speedy delivery. After the initial purchase I wanted an additional window side wall. Quick message via the chat on website and all sorted. If a friend asked where the gazebo came from I would definitely recommend Gala Tents.

Great heat bulb. Simple to fit. Excellent service all round.

I have not erected the gazebo as yet due to the weather but here are my observations so far.The frame is very robustly constructed and should last for years if not a lifetime. I have not unfolded the various sides nor cover yet. One aspect is the weight, it is alot heavier than I expected and the wheels are very small for the overall size. Larger wheels would make traansport considerably easier patticularly over rough ground which is often the case ofr some users.

Good heat and quick delivery, using it in the garage, then will use it outdoors later in the year.

Since buying my marquee and then ordering the teardrop flags what a quality of these items always recommend Gala tent I would say that they are one of the best companies in the UK thank you

Unfortunately, due to the weather I haven't opened the package yet. I put it straight in the shed. Having said that,I was told my gazebo would be delivered the next day but in fact it took a week to arrive.

Despite initial delivery issue with stock being unavailable due to Covid related issue this was sorted out by the team who were extremely helpful and worked to resolve things. Great quality product, with clear installation instructions, ideal for our needs to create a water tight environment for outdoor space within Pub Courtyard. 2nd marquee I have bought from Gala, the last one being some 18 years ago which is used at Le Mans 24hrs every year and is still going strong.

Can't fault the product, its strong reliable and so easy to set up!I had a small issue with damage on arrival but the customer service team are unbelievable they sorted the issue and I was all fixed in 24 hours. Great Service. Great Product. Great Company.

Excellent quality and service. Having Purchased 2 sets of ratchet supports plis additional pegs for our gazebo we trialled them at the weekend leaving the gazebo up overnight. The pegs were much bigger than anticipated but gives us more confidence in being able to leave the gazebo unattended for longer periods

Really good quality and easy to erect.

Needed a gazebo quickly to work under with all this rain , ordered on the Monday arrived the next day ( a day earlier than expected ) quality is good better than others I've borrowed , overall happy.
