Gala Tent UK

I bought a 6x4 metre marquee which arrived on time. Unfortunately it was delivered in cardboard boxes and left in the rain. I have used the tent for may parties and has been great. I do now need to buy the bags for the poles and the sides to be packed into.

Very helpful salesman.Excellent quality once erected. But we had REAL difficulty the first time we put it up, even though we followed the Internet directions absolutely. The abbreviated paper directions which came with it were for another model!It needed two men for sheer strength, though I had been told the average woman would manage, we don't think so.Very quick and easy to take down.Thank you.

Gazebo was delivered without delay, excellent service.Unfortunately when it was unpacked one of the wheels was faulty which was replaced by return of post.When we assembled the gazebo there were several faults in the canopy. Eventually this was replaced after sending photos of the faults to the customer service team.This canopy has now been replaced, I assume this is OK as we have not had the opportunity to open it up yet!

I ordered the two chairs and they were delivered the next day. i am using them as dining chairs with a glass table and they are grear

Previously had a Gala Tent and would recommend because i know the product is good, yes i selected next day delivery free and when the invoice came through it said saturday delivery and i was charged

Would love to have written a review on the product, but tent still remains as delivered in your packaging, as in deep December not much cause for unpacking or using - yet, however, would like to say great customer service - thank you.

Ordering by 'phone was easy, as was using the SOT payment system. 'Black Friday' price was very good;Missed the first promised delivery date, but the second attempt was well within the agreed times; andFirst impression of the gazebo is positive. Steel structure feels very strong with plenty of space and headroom under the canopy.Would definitely recommend for anyone who needs a robust gazebo that looks like it will stand up to frequent use.

Hi Just put the tent up for Christmas, very easy to construct and straight forward instrustions, the only issue we are having is its has to go up on a patio and we have to think of a way to keep the flaps down so the wind cannot get under neath.

This gazebo is a beast! It weighs 35 kilos, 41Kg with the roof on. Also, the ground pegs that come with it are very heavy weight. Suitably weighted, I can't see this blowing away any time soon. I like that the foot plates are very big, so they're easy to weight. I'd expect this to last well. It's definitely not going to fall apart.The reason I've only given it 4 stars is that it really is so heavy, arguably too heavy for me. Also, having only used it once, I found it really stiff to put up. Hopefully it will loosen over time. If not, I'll be off to by a can of WD40.

Good Quality product as you would expect from this firm, well satisfied

I do smartrepairs. Outside in all weathers so the tent is very good for me it’s quick and easy to set up and is a decent size for my needs.

Ordered replacement Marquee ground bar corner joints as the welds on previous ones failed. Not the first time this has happened. Excellent service from Gala with items arriving the following day.
