Unfortunately had an accident with the gazebo canopy after 6yrs use contacted Gala who were very helpful, next day delivery arrived since used the new canopy, the quality is still excellent the service is still as good and I’m happy as “Larry???

Fantastic quality. Much better than I was expecting. Love the zip closures putting the sides together to stop any draughty etc. I bought a larger one from another company and so wish I’d got it from Gala Tents. Great customer service too. So helpful.

Excellent product strong and robust, and easy assembly, make sure to purchase the ground bars for that extra stability, very happy with the product in general

wow so much better than i thought,everyone i spoke to was so helpful at gala tent. the gazebo was very easy to put up and take down.delivery was fast,my wife is very happy now she has this safe gazebo,happy wife makes happy life).dont be fooled by cheap gazebos,gala are the best.

This is the fifth Gazebo we've bought from Gala which should be recommendation enough, but they are by far the best quality Gazebos we've had and the delivery time

This was ordered online and delivered next day. We are thrilled with our new Gazebo. It is extremely well made and very strong. We had a few questions before we bought it and received excellent support from Gala Tent Team. I would definitely recommend Gala Tent.

Arrived within two days and all OKA bit daunting to put up the first time but wll be easier next time.A few points though:- I ordered the ground bars which give extra rigidity but extra bungees to better secure the walls are not suplied or suggested even though they feature in the video.- I have subsequently ordered some but the ones supplied are not of the same quality.- The ground bars seem slightly too long (a few mm) making it difficult to close up the corners of the covering.- There is a large GALA TENT logo stitched to both gable ends. On a 3m square marquee this is out of proportion (Not so bad on a 8m by 30m perhaps) the discreet ones on the other two sides are more than adequate to tell passer-bys where the tent came from. I appreciate the need for advertising but I feel we should have a fee fron Gala every time we put the marquee up!!Having said all that the marquee is of good quality and should last many years. The abiity to buy spare parts is of great value.
