The gazebo was delivered the day after ordering , the person who took the order was very personable and helpful.We put the gazebo up at the beginning of August, it was the 6mx3m size so took 4 men. Although the instructions say not to leave it up we did!! It has survived all the thunderstorms and very strong winds. We lowered it to the lowest setting and took the sides off. So far it has provided shelter from intense sun for a musical session, an evening wine club tasting session ( kept one side off and door open to allow sufficient ventilation, looked wonderful with Christmas tree lights), several afternoon tea sessions and a family reunion where our daughters and grandchildren met for the first time since February!! We have passed on your details to several wine club members who were very impressed.A fantastic investment, we are delighted with the product.

Speed of delivery and follow up has been the best I have had in a very long time

I bought only one wall for my current tent, but this wall was that heavy like current roof! This was a good sign. If you want me to compare the material of the bough wall and the current one - the current is a trash! I am collecting money now to buy whole tent from Gala Tent, because it is fully worth it. It is perfect for English weather and it will stay for few years.

i`ve seen tent but nothink can compare to the gala tent gazebo thats why i bought another two after the first twowell made and sturdy,so easy to put up and simple to putdown again.all sidewalls have zips so its well sealed better that the ones you see market trades use .i got the pro 50 and i am well pleased

Have used Gala Tents for some time .Bought the more expensive PVC 4x12m arrived the next day as promised. It comes as 2x 4mx6m but only enough fixings for one! Rang Gala who sorted the problem by sending me the second box the next working day, no fuss. We leave our tent up over the winter and am hoping the PVC one will last longer than the PE which has lasted some two years of constant weather. Just about to order some heaters ready for winter>

We have a pub and restaurant with a great garden and plenty of space inside. Then Covid came and the rain. Everyone ran inside and had nowhere to sit inside. Gala came up with a solution to provide 4 gazebo’s. Our customers love the outside space. We have now ordered side walls from Gala as our customers prefer sitting outside rather than inside. Fantastic company, service, delivery and product. Thank you Gala.
