Hi, Purchased a 6m x 4m Gala standard marquee @ £395 with free delivery. Two of the poles were damaged on delivery, but quickly replaced without any problems, so Customer service considered very good. The poles and connectors are substantial and the covers are decent enough quality for the money. The Bungee hangers are easy to connect, but the elastic cord is lightweight and you feel they will not survive too many uses. The main gripe is that the canopy is a poor fit for the frame in that it is too tight across the width. I will probably need to machine 5 mm off the end of the 8no. 'rafter' poles for the canopy to fit well, which is a shame. Also the 4no. guy ropes supplied to hold the canopy corners down are very lightweight with no fittings. I will be making my own ropes up to do the job adequately . Also we found the Gala marquee quite an effort to put up and down, and we found the leg poles tended to jam into the sockets which made taking the unit down a challenge. This is because the leg pole jams at the curve of the connector. I would add that we are very experienced at pitching and striking tradition canvas 20ft by 20ft marquees on a regular basis , but our new the Gala Marquee certainly requires more effort. Criticisms aside, it is a good product overall and I do not regret the purchase. I'm sure it is far better than most on the market, and with a bit more refinement and care to detail would be a really excellent product. AW

Pleasant sales staff in the sales team . Very prompt delivery thank you. Unfortunately due to the latest COVID regulations I was unable to erect the marquee but it was bought on the back of a previous one some years ago which has been brilliant.

This was a second 4x6m I had bought to be used in work the first one was from a different company and although it is good this was a much cheaper option and has been manufactured much better. Very pleased with the purchase.

First class service over the moon with my purchase.only down side the carry bag is another £100 pounds on top.

My 4 x 3m Pro 40 was delivered quickly. It seems to be very sturdy and well made. Have encountered fairly high winds during a family gathering and it was fine. Very high build quality.

We purchased the heavy duty ratchet and straps to use on our marquees during the winter. We live rurally and the wind can be very aggressive at times. What an amazing piece of kit! Does exactly what we’d hoped, keeps the marquee secure and gives us great piece of mind. Would highly recommend.

Very happy with the service and also pleased with the Gazebo which was bought to replace an older non compact one. This one now gives me more space in my van.

Service and delivery very good. Goods came quickly. Erected the tent very good quality, feels very robust. The item is the right size for my type of work, but it is heavy for me anyhow to erect it by yourself. Once its up its up very sturdy and believe it would have to be a strong wind to even move it never mind blow it away. Recommended.
