So very pleased with our purchase. Our garden is highly prone to the elements and until now we have never managed to have a gazebo which withstood mid strength wind

I've used Gala for several years and continue to be impressed with their products and speedy service.

Had an issue after really strong winds damaged the marquee spoke to Lee on the phone who sorted me out with replacement side at a reasonable price arrived next day cant fault the service.M Duffy

Our Gazebo arrived the next day . Due to ill health we have not been able to erect it but hopefully later this week we'll have our new Gazebo in place. Staff at Gala Tent were extremely helpful and friendly anytime we phoned or emailed for more information. I'll post again once we are using our new Gazebo.

Great company to deal with and quick service . Recently borrowed my 4.5m x 3m gazebo to someone who managed to bend 8 of the struts. Not many other companies supply individual parts to repair it, but Gala does, and now back up and running. Roof and covers of superior quality to other company’s. Would highly recommend them

When my existing gazebo collapsed recently under the weight of heavy rain I searched the internet for a replacement from a UK based company which designed and supplied gazebos. I was impressed by the Gala Tents website and what it said about their products. I spoke to their customer services who gave very clear advice about which of their gazebos is suitable for my sort of usage. I bought their entry-level gazebo over the phone and was very impressed by their arrangements for ensuring the security of credit card details. The new gazebo arrived the next day as promised and the quality is outstanding. The frame is clearly much stronger than that of other products of a comparable price and the canopy is strong and waterproof. The vital thing about it is that it prevents pooling, thus avoiding heavy accumulations of water. I have no hesitation in recommending Gala Tents.
