Its a really well made, robust gazebo, in a different league to the normal product you can buy online. Built to professional standards, even the guy lines are heavy load bearing straps on spansets. Our gazebo is up in the middle of winter and so far seems pretty much untroubled by the wind and rain. It is not absolutely waterproof (and Gala do not claim it to be) but it's a very effective shelter. It feels like it will last for years, and of course I can buy spare parts which is very comforting.

Bought a 6mx4m gazebo for family to mix outdoors on christmas day.Product arrived promptly well packaged no damage. Excellent.Son and I put it up took abit longer than video suggested but I am a pensioner maybe I have slowed down.Gazebo up very pleased with quality of frame and roof. Excellent once again.Wish I had bought walls now.Had my own flooring , lights etc.Up 2 days we got wind and rain.Thought ooh here we go had a few hairy days But o ce again it passed with flying coloursWould definately recommend this product.It has been put to the test in my back garden

Excellent service and a great product , I think I checked out every Gazebo going and this one appeared to be the best for the price. I was not disappointed as it is well made and very sturdy. Used it for cover over the last 6 weeks during a diy build project in my garden. Even the wife has plans for it in the summer.

The infrared heaters arrived promptly and were well packaged and just as advertised. One bracket was missing from a box but following an email it arrived the next day so their customer service is excellent.

Sales pitch is great and encouraging.Still awaiting a written response about hole in canopy and the use of the halogen heater; the heater instructions clearly state it isn't to be placed within 6' of flammable material, but your photos show it attached to the frame.Frame arrived in a box which has printed on it 'bag included'; no bag is included it is an extra.zip is now coming away on one side...

Good help on the phone with questions. Prompt delivery. Gazebo seems high quality and nice colour. I was not expecting bright blue bag weights though. I thought they would be black but too late to return. Pretty straightforward to erect and so far all working well. I did buy the extra heavy duty pegs which are amazing and added some large ratchet straps from elsewhere. I can say the quality of the gazebo material and seams seems very good. It's up now, so fingers crossed for performance in less than perfect weather.
