Needing new parts for existing marquees, info on frame kits could be clearer (ie list of parts that come with them) i would recommend Gala Tent

Product is top notch. Disappointed with the delivery service due to lack of communication leading to logistical problems, having specifically paid extra to avoid them. Follow up wasn't great.

Great product, well built and we are very happy with it. Unfortunately I ordered a gala tent which when we started to erect it was slightly too big for our garden. We took it down put it back in the boxes and took it back to exchange it for a smaller tent. I was amazed that I was charged over £300 for the privilege as I had opened the packages. Please read the small print before opening the boxes. There is no leeway from the company as it’s written in the Terms and Conditions Would I buy another, and recommend it to everyone YES, it’s a great product yet make sure the size you purchase is correct as it was an expensive mistake.

Ground bar kit for 4.5 pop up gazebo. Was a bit dubious if this kit would work but was astonished at how good it is...! VERY fiddly to fit and I can see the 'wing nuts' getting lost very quickly. (something similar to the strengthening bar fixing would be good guys..!) but once installed I was amazed at how much the sidewalls stopped flapping and the whole gazebo felt much more secure. Well worth the purchase price and if they can come up with a better way of fixing, it would be 5 stars all round.

I’ve bought 4 gala tents in the past but my last purchase of a 4x10 was a tad disappointing. It had 5 bungees missing and the ground rail has become an extra. I seem to remember that it was standard. The tent itself went up quickly and is of fairly good quality.

ordering, delivery, and quality are great. Found the hand tight screws for the poles a pain but once we got it up it was fine! will get another one in the future

Of all the marquee suppliers I have come to recognise Gala Tent as a good value for money vs quality. This order arrived in a couple of days, the instructions were simple and easy and it does the job whilst feeling robust enough to take the recent high winds. I will return

I have used Gala Tent for many years and will continue to do so. However, I am not a fan of the present method of fixing panel sides to poles with Velcro. Be warned they are just not strong enough to cope with a moderate wind and can tear away from the stitching. This was never a problem with the bungee toggle strap system of attachment which was robust, and being flexible able to cope with a moderate wind. New Side Panels purchased this year have already lost some of their Velcro fixing straps. Such a shame, especially as they are British Made! Moderate Winds cannot be avoided and I would like the Manufacturer to reconsider the strain the Velcro fittings stitching has to take. Alternatively a reasonable cost repair patch should be available. In the meantime I will endeavour to effect a suitable repair myself.Overall I would normally award 5 stars but have shaded it because of my concerns over the Velcro pole fittings.

Recommended by a friend, The info on the item states free delivery. Only when you get to payment do you state that free delivery is only on purchases over 100.

Professional customer service. only one thing was some of the order was missing, but soon rectified and missing items sent to me very quickly

The quality of the tent is amazing! We are really pleased with. Its so easy to put up! My only gripe is that I ordered weights and I have ended up with bags for sand (as weights). This wasn't made clear when I ordered. When I called to discuss this I was told I will have to pay again for some weights. I felt disappointed as the service until then had been amazing.

I give this a high review because of the responsiveness of Gala Tents to spare parts that I needed . Very helpful and rapid. I lost a star because the party tents, great as they are, every year in our garden get easily caught and somewhat decimated by winds - hence the parts order. Not sure what Gala Tents can do about this, but it makes it expensive.

Very strong and sturdy gazebo. I bought this for my face painting business and it looks great. Only reason not to give it 5 stars is the carry case. When you pull it along on the wheels using the handles, it tends to swing about but I can live with that. Fully recommend.
