Great Customer service. The gazebo has been tested a few times now. Also in high wind. Moves very little in the wind which is great. The big feet make it easier to open and balance the leg weights on. The sides have great velcro and strong zip. Easy to assemble. I like the carry bag with wheels too. Very happy with my purchase and confident the gazebo wil stand up to wind and rain, which is always a worry when trading outdoor in the UK. Thanks a lot guys. Highly recommended

Perfect- very timely order, perfectly packaged, impeccable pricing. I've had my Gala Marquee for over 10 years and now it looks like new again! Excellent product and service. I have just bought a 3x3 m pvc marquee. The marquee was easy to erect and I unfortunately put a pole in back to front but this was rectified. The customer services team,Mark and Julie were very patient with me and helped me with my problem. They were very kindly going to send me a new pole free of charge. Until I found out what I had done wrong. Excellent company to buy from. All the staff are very professional and friendly. Would recommend them. Apologies again to the customer service team.

Sales and delivery were very efficient and a helpful team.Our only comments from our installation team was that some of the eye nuts were not of a fantastic quality so we purchased some to get the tent erected. Also an update to the instructions regarding the direction the bolts need to be inserted would be helpful. We were very satisfied with the product and would be happy to purchase from Gala tents in the future.
