Gala Tent UK

Only received 3x3m gazebo couple of days ago. Time will tell but so far quality appears excellent, and i expect long life. Delivery charge to Ireland was enormous (i order from the UK a lot and never paid such a high price.... even heavier items were either free or substantially lower delivery cost), im not sure if Covid19 was a factor.I marked down for 2 reasons. 1-delivery charge was too high 2-There was no house number on the delivery and the driver had to go knocking on doors to get the right place.

My wife and I have struggled with gazebo type contraptions - purchasing relatively low cost items from suppliers such as the one that has just stopped printing catalogues..no names mentioned..So, after our last purchase turned itself inside out during admittedly blustery conditions, we decide to look for something more robust. Googling 'heavy duty gazebo' we were presented with various options that we proceeded to mull over for several days. I must have inadvertently clicked somewhere on the Gala Tents web-page because, out of the blue, I received a phone call from a very pleasant member of the Gala Tents team with whom I had a very pleasant conversation - he even showed me a picture of a gazebo that he had recently installed in his own family garden. We were persuaded that we did not need the most heavy duty product,opting for the Pro MX model with sidewalls and groundbars. The gazebo arrived within a few days and we went to work putting it up on our patio. This took maybe 30 minutes with a few false starts but the helpful and simple manual that came with the gazebo soon put us straight. So, we have now enjoyed several weeks of the gazebo, mostly so far as a sunshade - although it has weathered a few thunder and lightning storms. It comes with a very handy wheeled storage bag that is strong and well made. The service we received was first class; we spoke to several employees and each provided the information and advice we needed. The product is very well made, lightyears better than cheaper versions available elsewhere. I thoroughly recommend the product ad the company to anybody looking for a quality product that looks like it will last a good few years - maybe even providing the venue for a socially distanced family Christmas meal if the current situation continues...Many thanks to Gala and its staff.

Excellent set of lights which are perfect for lighting up my large marquee. It wasn’t easy to find the ideal product but the lights I bought from Gala Tents were just what I needed. They are easy to install and remove and provide a good clean light. Delivery was within 24 hours as promised.

Ordered a large matt to fit inside a gazebo to protect my grass .Ordered one day arrived next. Quality was spot on Excellent service would go back if without hesitation if I need anything similar-5 stars

was very disappointed when i ordered seam sealent . I was sent two tubes ordinary clear trade sealent which i could have purchased at local DIY store . I called Gala tent to complain and was refunded delivery cost .
