Wanted a robust, heavy duty commercial grade 3x3m gazebo to create extra space during building work. After looking through the site and watching the videos I was sold. Quick chat with sales confirmed Pro 50 was the spec. for me and I was not disappointed. Build quality is superb - this thing is genuinely engineered and built like it came from a Formula One race team. Canopy and side panels are super heavy duty, seams are exceptionally strong and side panels can even be zipped together if the need arises. Window panel inset lets in plenty of light and includes a zipped screen. Storm straps anchored to breeze blocks in each corner mean it's absolutely solid whatever the weather, and so far has stayed completely dry inside despite heavy rain. Now in second month of use and I love it. Exceptional value, great quality materials, UK built with all parts available as spares in years to come. Buy wisely once, enjoy for life. Very highly recommended.

First class service and delivery

what persuaded me to buy from Gala Tent was the strength of their product, specifically one of their employees hanging off the frame.service was also very good: knowledgeable, patient, and pleasant.I didn't need to recommend this to my friends and family because at a garden party yesterday everyone was asking where I bought it from.it took us 10 to 15 minutes to erect and even less to take down. my only small criticism: that it didn't come with a bag.

Arrived the next day.Took under two hours for three of us to put up.Looks great!Had my first Pilates class there the next day. Got rave reviews!Thanks Gala Tent, for a great service and a great investment!

We are absolutely delighted with this gazebo. It arrived within the advertised time scale, it was easy to construct and looks very attractive on our patio. With coloured lights inside it Is a great size for a “socially distanced??? supper for four .

I previously owned a cheap gazebo from Halfords. It lasted no time at all. I recently bought the 3m x 4.5m pro 50 to use in the garden. It is a completely different ball game. It is rock solid, easy and quick to erect, I can see it lasting for years . Although it was more expensive, I think it it was money well spent. It is bit on the heavy side so I would advise you to buy the bag which has wheels on, Essentially you get what you pay for, and as a bonus they say it is made in Britain.The staff at Gala were very good, and efficient. I would certainly recommend them to friends, Certainly 5 stars from me

Best thing we have bought in ages. Under the present Social distancing regulations we have been able to meet with family he friends in our garden. The structure and versatility of this tent is amazing.

Apart from being baffled by the fact we were expecting 1 tent rather than 2 with what we ordered. It was an excellent experience. However I haven't heard when I am going to get my heaters?

WE have been using gala tents for years, but with ordering so much equipment to enable us to reopen after lockdown, we were a little stumped when this clear vial with a substance in it turned up. My husband had no idea what it was nor did I, we were half expecting the drug squad to turn up! so we put it to one side and then later looking at the packaging we realised that it was our repair patch and glue! Thanks for brightenening up a stressful time!

Very efficient company. My tent arrived at my door within 24 hours of ordering it. Very happy with it so far and although it is on my patio it has withstood some strong winds and is still standing.
