Gala Tent UK

I purchased a Gala tent after attending an event where the pop up tent was utilised. Quality of the product shines through and delighted with the ease of use. I have the 4.5m x 3.0m pop up system which to be honest is heavier than I expected so if you intend to use regularly or need to carry over any distance the aluminium option would be my recommendation. Was disappointed with the plastic castor on the carry bag for the frame as that split on the seam on first use. Sides attach easily and when zipped together form a robust wall/windbreak. It would be nice of a clear panel option/window for those windy days but good light was required when all sides are up. Delivery was fine apart from the courier companies App which was less than useless. In all a great product which I would expect to last me for years for my intended domestic use. I would recommend.

Excellent service. Very helpful when ordering with all my questions answered. Feather flag looks great. Slight problem with the pole bag but hoping it will be resolved soon.

Easy company to deal with. We used the canopy and sides at the Euston Hall Rural Pastimes event yesterday (9th). Only issue is that the font for NORFOLK ZIPPER CLUB was not as artwork proof and as previously supplied (i.e. Microsoft Sans Serif). However no one else noticed that it didn't match the other canopy ........... so might not be a problem

A great product let down by a dubious delivery company and incessant reminders to complete a review

The product, a 3x3 printed gazebo was brilliant. The reason you dont get 5 stars is that the artwork department took a long time to send proofs of the artwork / communications from artwork department were slow. Plus on a side note, you have bombarded me with requests for reviews ever since I made the purchase which is to say the least - ANNOYING

Great Product, Would want the same guide straps and pegs as the aluminium gazebo, as the ones supplied are indicated for the job. The Gazebo and side walls are great.

Website a bit tricky to use if ordering more than 1 product at a time. but goods & delivery time were as usual spot on.

It is my fault for not having taken the weight into account. Alas, my wife and I find it too heavy to move - combined ages of of 165 - and therefore almost certainly have to sell. Error to buy over internet without viewing, but gala have no retailers.

Great product & love my Gala tent. However, shipping of the small gutter infill was expensive for such a small extra item. Would have been happy with Royal Mail but not given the option.

Helpful and informative sales person.. Chose the right product with help for my application.Easy to erect (quite a few parts though, but uncomplicated) Robust with its ground bars and my 3m x 2m takes around 15mins to put up with organized practice...

The tent pegs were fine and the service was good. The only down side is the cost of the courier . £7.95 for 4 tent pegs is well over what it would have been if they had been sent by post instead of courier.
