Just what I needed to cover my pond.Nice and strong when bolted down

We got this to make a 'pop-up' shop at the back of our bricks and mortar store having been unable to keep our staff and customers safe to our satisfaction. 6m x 4m gazebos are not exactly a one man operation but having put ours up and taken it down every day for the last 31 days it really is the business. Nothing broken and facing some quite severe weather - our customers think it's a great alternative to allowing them inside our shop. Great value for money for something that is substantial enough to survive a bit of abuse.

After my other half decided to buy a cheap gazebo even though I had already pointed out Gala Tents, sure enough we only had it about a month and it was in ripped so he then decided to buy a canopy from gala, yep the canopy was not only a far better quality but it was also bigger than the cheap one, within a few days and a little wind the frame snapped so this time I bought the pro50 frame he bought the sides to go with it, well what can I say apart from the quality difference is unbelievable, the fabric is really thick heavy duty and yes we went with the pro50 frame as where we have our gazebo on the decking butted up to the house we wanted something that we wouldn't have to keep taking down every waft of a breeze my only gripe as such is that after a couple of days rain it has leaked either it's just where the extra support is or the straps for fastening to the frame, but I have ordered some outdoor fabric waterproof spray that will sort that out, and would have loved to be able to buy the set of sides with an option of which sides pieces and more options on where doors could be, it's no biggie but would be handy, otherwise so far so good

I needed a cover for my hot tub quickly after a gazebo from another supplier failed, I spoke to a chap who was really helpful, honest and clued up.After about 30 mins my mind was made up to buy from Gala Tent, not disappointed at all, the packages arrived next day, read the clear instructions and got to built in 1 hour - ready to use the tub again

Excellent build quality and standard of material in the canopy and sidewalls. Innovative design, please bear in mind with quality comes weight so it's a two person job to carry around. Comes with all the pegs you need, and definitely practise putting it up before you really need it. I'm very pleased with this product

This was my second purchase. The quality of the material, the quality of the frame work and ease of operation are extremely good. The availability of spare parts, the speed of delivery the well thought out design are assurances that they are a good company.

All fine apart from DHL delivery who did not follow instructions to call me before delivery so I was not there, it was left in the unlocked garden etc.etc.

Having purchased the gazebo three years ago we were extremely surprised and very pleased with the high quality of the product. It is put up shortly after Easter and remains in place right through to early September each year. We are so pleased with the durability of the product but decided a new canopy would spruce up the appearance, so decided to purchase a new canopy.Great service from a trusted supplier.
