Ease of odering very goodProduct package very good value for money.Delivery free and next day.I have used a gazebo for events for the last 10 years. I need to upgrade my current gazebo and found the package with the pro 40 very very good.Once open and assembled I was extremely impressed with the ease of operation and quality of the gazebo. A robust gazebo which looks like it's going to last!

Ordered a pair of elite pvc window side covers ,great service as usual received next day ,my elite pvc marquee was purchased in 2015 was erected for a foster kids party and has never came down ,been used for party's,events,Christmas party's,new year party's,and that's in Scotland & I know that it's not recommended to leave up in high winds ect but mine has been through every type of weather and is still in great condition ,only replaced two window sides because of a Rogue Trampoline from two gardens away smashing into it during the recent storms ,so it's great Testament to the strength & durability of a Gala Tent Marquee would give ten stars if possible worth every penny and would highly recommend,well done Gala Tents

Best canopy ever I planing to buy sides aswell Strongly recommended

I have used Gala tents for over 10 years now and about 4 years ago I upgraded to the PVC versions for the canopy sides and ends. I have been delighted with the durability of the result. Previously I had to replace the canopy at least once a year ( my gazebo is a permanent 365 day use structure). I purchased a replacement PVC canopy due to the severe winds recently in case it was needed but I am pleased to report that so far it has not been needed. Replacement of Bungee cord from time to time is the only necessity.

I had a bit of a problem with the website so when I got in touch with them they were very helpful. Once my order was placed I was told it could take a few weeks to get printed and delivered. I got a phone call the next day to say it was ready and would be delivered in the next couple of days. It turned up the next day. Excellent quality and service.

I was looking for a reasonably priced, high quality marquee to use in craft fairs, and Gala Tents was recommended to me by other stall holders. The customer service was excellent, staff very helpful and marquee arrived promptly. I would definitely recommend Gala Tents to friends, family and work colleagues.

Product has been great. Had to order patches as didn't release that the canopy had to be removed as packed it away with it on and they explained that i need to remove it before storing in the bag.
