From start to finish the customer service was second to none. Received my 3.5 x4metre gazebo very quickly and have used it twice this week for my ultimate movie night experience for kids birthday parties. Due to our lovely scottish July weather I’m an extremely happy to have purchased a quality gazebo that withstands the scottish weather there are videos on my Facebook page dreamy Sleepovers if you want to see it up all kitted out for the kids movie experiences beating covid 19 restrictions ????

First class service goods were better than expected and arrived the next day as promised

Fabulous service and excellent product which has already been put to use in our garden and enable us to celebrate a 55th and an 18th birthday without having to worry about a few seasonal showers. Also stood up to some very strong winds and heavy rain which was great -very pleased with our purchase and would highly recommend to others.

I have only purchased the Gala Tent Gazebo PMX 6m x 3m with other accessories. Looking at the items, they look robust and heavy duty. The frames of the gazebo is heavy, it needs two people to carry it. This demonstrates the quality of the gazebo compared to cheap ones. I hope Gala tent could include the castor wheels within the price. This will help in assemble of the gazebo by two people and easy to move within the garden. I agree they have a separate carrying bag with wheels which you purchase separately. The carrying bag and wheels should be included in the price except the customer refused to have them. They will make Gala Tent better than other suppliers who do not have similar facilities. I will give further review after I have used it.

Easy ordering process, marquee arrived next day as promised. Rugged construction, designed to last with everything required to put it up except a club hammer to bang in the pegs. All parts available as spares in case you break or lose a piece. Good value for the quality.

Ordered my marquee on Thursday and it arrived the next day also salesman offered me free pegs and straps
