The delivery was so quick, I was worried as I thought it wouldn’t be here for VE Day but came within a couple of days. The item itself was just as I expected.

The tent was exactly what we needed, we were sold the product that was perfect for our needs. The Customer Service was amazing, they made sure they knew exactly what we were going to be used for and didn’t try to oversell a more expensive model than was needed. They answered so many questions over several days, even put up with me having a cry as it was during lockdown and the order was delivered promptly. Cannot fault the company or the product, thank you

I purchased a 4ft folding table that was delivered promptly. I had a problem with the spring and the table wouldn't sit flat. I emailed customer services and they rang within one hour of receiving my email. The service I received was exceptional. A pick up was arranged and a new delivery both completed the following day. The new table is very sturdy and is being used as a works desk. I would reccomend this product and this company. I will shop with them again. Top class service.

Excellent product and service

Again I ordered a part (side panel) to go on my gazebo. The sales service was excellent and friendly and professional at the same time (a difficult combination to get right but gala tent do). The panel arrived promptly and was well packed and fitted perfectly. Very happy with this product and company

I ordered a Gala Tent Gazebo a few years ago but never got an opportunity to use it. I recently dug it out and wanted to keep it set up throughout the summer. I needed some weights to keep it in place on my decking. I called Gala Tents who located my purchase in an instant and knew exactly what I needed to do the job.My order arrived within 48 hours and free delivery but the price of the weights beat anything else I saw being advertised elsewhere.Great company to deal with and fantastic customer service too.5* recommendations all round.
